San Jose (Costa Rica), Mar 09 (ANI): While addressing a press conference in Costa Rica’s San Jose today, Secretary (East) in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Vijay Thakur Singh said, “This is the first time that an Indian aircraft touched the soil of Costa Rica. The meeting of both ministers is historic in itself.” She further added, “Costa Rica is the leading economy in the Central American Region. It has strategic location and long tradition of democracy. We are natural partners so there are possibilities of collaboration in many areas.”
