Kigali (Rwanda), Jul 24 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India and Rwanda relationships have stood the test of time. He added, it is a matter of honour for India that it has stood with Rwanda in their economic development journey. The Prime Minister further asserted that India will continue to back Rwanda's development.
