India, Vietnam sign MoUs in Hanoi

Hanoi (Vietnam), Aug 28 (ANI): Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj met her Vietnamese counterpart Pham Binh Minh in Hanoi on Tuesday. The two co-chaired the 16th Joint Commission meeting where they signed Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs). This is seen as a move to strengthen the bilateral ties between the two nations. Swaraj is on a four-day visit to Vietnam and Cambodia. The two nations are strategic partners and ASEAN members.
