India, US continue to make substantial progress in military relationship: US Defense Secretary

Washington DC (USA), Dec 19 (ANI): United States (US) Defense Secretary Mark Esper at Second India-US 2+2 ministerial dialogue in Washington DC said that as democracies, India and US have interest in advancing prosperous Indo-pacific. He said, “Our defence relation is strong and since establishment of 2+2 ministerial dialogue last year, it continues to improve. As democracies, US and India have an abiding interest in advancing free and prosperous Indo-pacific region.” He further added, “Our close bilateral ties are critical to the success of that mission. I am pleased to report that we continue to make substantial progress in our military relationship.”
