Kampala (Uganda), Jul 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday addressed the Parliament of Uganda and said India is proud to be Africa’s partner. “Uganda is central to our commitment to the continent. PM Modi added that he has announced yesterday two Lines of Credit for Uganda,” PM Modi said. Prime Minister Modi is currently on a five-day tour to Africa.
