New York (USA), Dec 21 (ANI): Expressing deep concerns over the gravely deescalating situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, Deputy Permanent Representative of India to the UN R Ravindra on December 21 in New York, kept India’s point forward and called out on the potential of the situation to precipitate into a humanitarian crisis. India also reiterated its call for diplomacy and dialogue in such matters. “This is a matter of deep concern and has the potential to precipitate into a humanitarian crisis,” India's Deputy Permanent Representative at UN said.
