New York (USA), March 12 (ANI): TS Tirumurti, India’s Permanent Representative to UN, while addressing the Ukraine crisis at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on March 11 in New York, said that it is important to ensure full and effective implementation of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC) in letter and spirit after the report emerges of biological activities relating to Ukraine.
