New York (US), Oct 07 (ANI): Minister of State for External Affairs while addressing at UNSC said that India is acutely aware of the socio-economic and human cost of terrorism as India is also a victim of state-sponsored cross-border terrorism for the past three decades. “India has been at the forefront of the global fight against terrorism. As a country which itself has been a victim of state-sponsored cross-border terrorism for past 3 decades, India is acutely aware of socio- economic and human cost of terrorism,” said the MoS.
