If Pakistan fails to create jobs then CPEC project will become a liability: Hussain Haqqani

New Delhi, Apr 10 (ANI): Former Pakistan envoy to United States Hussain Haqqani said that Pakistani will only benefit from a strong infrastructure only if it has a strong economic base. Haqqani said if Pakistan fails to create jobs for its people then the CPEC project will become a liability rather than an assest.
