New York (US), Sep 02 (ANI): Famous Astronaut and former commander of the International Space Station Chris Hadfield on September 01 hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership for his role in the Indian Space Research Organisation. In an exclusive interview with ANI, he said, “Now the race is really, about who can push the technology in an economic way to turn it into a profitable space business for each of the countries involved and India is in a really strong leveraged position to do that. I think PM Modi has seen that for several years, he is very much directly involved with the ISRO. He is not just watching, but also closely monitoring and involved in their conversations because it is a national policy. So, I think it is a really smart move on India’s leadership part right now to be pushing it and developing it so that Indian businesses, people can benefit as much as possible.”
