New York (USA), May 25 (ANI): Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein on Friday was charged with rape, criminal sex act, sex abuse and sexual misconduct from encounters with two different women. The former American film producer earlier today surrendered before the New York Police Department (NYPD) to face the charges against him. Weintein’s attorney Benjamin Brafman said, “Weintein will enter a plea of not guilty. We intend to move very quickly to dismiss these charges. We believe that they are constitutionally flawed.” More than 50 women, including stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Ashley Judd and Angelina Jolie, accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct, which the former has denied.
