UP Govt signs MoU with Austin University for Austin Smart City of Knowledge project

San Francisco (USA), Dec 18 (ANI): The Uttar Pradesh government signed the Memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Austin University for the Austin Smart City of Knowledge project in Uttar Pradesh on December 18. The project is worth about US dollar 42 billion and the amount will be paid in instalments with the first instalment being US dollar 7 billion. Uttar Pradesh Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna, BJP leader Sidharth Nath Singh, Additional Chief Secretary of Infrastructure and Industrial Development Arvind Kumar and advisor to UP CM Awanish K Awasthi were present on the occasion.
