Moscow (Russia), Sep 30 (ANI/ TV BRICS): About a thousand Producers from 39 nations attended one of the biggest food events World Food Moscow 2023. Some of them have been on the market for a long time, others are making their First steps in the industry, and such events are probably the best way for them to make themselves known. Ying Luan came to Moscow from the Chinese town of Baoqing. She brought pumpkin seeds from her tiny business, which she sells, to the expo. Only Ying and her sister work there, however, as the girl confesses, this is enough to serve wholesome cuisine to everyone in the neighborhood. The exposition was made up primarily of spices and sauces, but there were also plenty of noodles for all palates and, of course, seafood. Indian spices have a wide range of culinary applications. It can be added to baked goods, confectionery, dried fruit dishes, snacks, and so on. As part of the World Food Moscow business program, leading representatives of the food business shared their experience of successful sales and spoke about trends in the global market. At the same time, chefs prepared dishes from the participants' products and held tastings. In short, no one left the exhibition hungry.
