Gilgit-Baltistan leader writes to UN Secretary General,over Pakistan's terror on people of Gilgit

New Delhi, Sep 20 (ANI): Chairman of Balawaristan National Front (BNF) Abdul Hamid Khan wrote a letter to United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres over illegal occupation of Pakistan in Gilgit-Baltistan. In his letter, Khan said atrocities committed by Pakistan in Pakistan-occupied Gilgit-Baltistan (PoGB) and the plight of people should be heard. Political activists, students, religious leaders who don't comply on with occupation regime's dictation and oppose against China-Pakistan Economic Corridor or CPEC project have been framed under controversial Anti-Terrorist Act and Schedule 4. He also said that this attempt by Pakistan's state agencies is to demolish the peaceful political and social struggle for basic human rights in Gilgit Baltistan.
