Colombo (Sri Lanka), Oct 02 (ANI): India’s Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla reached Colombo on October 02. He was received by his Sri Lankan counterpart Jayanath Colombage and High Commissioner of India in Sri Lanka, Gopal Baglay upon his arrival in Colombo. Shringla is on a four-day visit to Sri Lanka.
