Biratnagar (Nepal), Jul 21 (ANI): Locals have started returning to their houses as water recedes in Nepal’s Biratnagar. Flood-hit areas are susceptible to outbreak of infectious diseases. Victims are dealing with dilapidated houses post flood. Incessant rainfall that triggered landslides and floods in early of this month has left at least 90 people dead with 29 still missing with search underway.
