New Delhi, Mar 08 (ANI): The European Union said it is ready to fight back U.S. President Donal Trump’s tarrifs. European trade commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom said the EU will have to take measures to protect European jobs and workers if the U.S. slaps tariffs on steel and aluminum. The EU says its list includes iconic American products like bourbon, jeans and Harley Davidson motorcycles. Earlier, International Monetary Fund head Christine Lagarde said Canada and Europe are both likely to impose retaliatory tariffs on American products. The comments come the day after President Donald Trump said trade wars aren't so bad.
