Manila (Philippines), Dec 18 (ANI): At least 26 people are dead and several missing after a massive landslide caused by incessant rains hit central Province of Philippines on Monday. Tropical storm Kai-tak has caused havoc in the Philippines bringing heavy showers of rain and cutting power supply in many areas. More than 15,000 people are stranded due to storm and airlines have been cancelled. Nearly 88,000 people have taken shelter in evacuation centers.
