New Delhi, Sep 09 (ANI): Diplomat-Poet Abhay K launched his new book titled “The Eight-Eyed Lord of Kathmandu” in capital New Delhi. The book, unlike its name suggests, does not only focus on the capital city of the Himalayan nation, but explores the beauty of the whole nation, at the same time giving glimpses into the lives of Gautam Buddha and Laxmi Prasad Devkota, a famous Nepali poet, playwright and novelist. Staying in Nepal for about three and a half years as a diplomat, Abhay K not only captured the beauty of the place and its heritage, he also saw the sufferings of the people who went abroad in search of employment. An avid lover of mountains, the diplomat currently posted in Brazil, remembers the Himalayan nation as a nation of mountains.
