London (UK), Aug 24 (ANI): Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Friday shared his opinion on India’s talks with Pakistan. He said that it’s very difficult for India to have a talk with Pakistan as there is no one institution which is in complete power. “Pakistan in our prospective is number of institutions, the difficulty with Indian prospective is which institution you talk to, some of the institutions are hostile to India, some of them are attacking India,” said Gandhi. He added that “There is no deeply thought out strategy by PM Modi when it comes to Pakistan.”
