United States, Jan 24 (ANI): United’s States’ ‘Centers for Disease Control & Prevention’ has warned that this year’s seasonal flu epidemic is ‘severe.’ It said the deadly virus is now in every U.S. state, with 32 states reporting severe flu activity. Across the country, some 30 children in the U.S. have died from the flu this season, according to a leading doctor at the CDC. Health officials have urged all Americans to get the flu shot this year. U.S. health officials estimate this year's flu vaccine is about 30 percent affective. At least 42 adults have died in North Carolina so far this season. Some hospitals in California have set up surge tents to deal with the influx of patients.
