Country is against use of chemical weapons by anybody: India at UN

New York (US), Dec 09 (ANI): Speaking at United Nations Security Council (UNSC) meeting on Syria (chemical weapons), Pratik Mathur, Counsellor in India's Permanent Mission to UN said the country is against the use of chemical weapons by anybody, anywhere, at any time and under any circumstances. "We've consistently maintained that any probe into use of chemical weapons must be impartial, credible and objective. India has been repeatedly cautioning against the possibility of terrorist entities and individuals gaining access to chemical weapons," he added.
