Singapore, Oct 04 (ANI): Responding to the South China Sea code of conduct at ASEAN, Singaporean Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ong Keng Yong pitched for the conclusion at the ASEAN as the Singaporean government is finding it difficult to reassure its shipping community for doing business in the different part of the world. “Conclusion is must as otherwise, we cannot reassure our shipping community of doing business in this part of the world. Both sides have to sit down, go through all possible scenarios, have a common conclusion,” he added.
