Washington DC (USA), June 30 (ANI): The US has said the Chinese spy balloon didn't collect intelligence as it flew over the US. The spy balloon was shot down off the Atlantic Coast on Joe Biden's orders. Neither balloon transmitted data back to China, nor did it collect any, said Pentagon Press Secy. Earlier, some US lawmakers said that the balloon was collecting information as it flew across the US mainland. Balloon flew over sensitive military sites that house intercontinental ballistic missiles, before being downed by the military. China has maintained that the balloon was merely a harmless, unmanned civilian vehicle.
