Tokyo (Japan), May 24 (ANI): The challenges and opportunities in the Indo-Pacific region were discussed at Quad Summit held in Tokyo, said India’s Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra on May 24. Addressing a Press Conference, he said, “Action-oriented cooperation among Quad partners and the countries of the Indo-Pacific for a free, open and inclusive Indo-Pacific aimed at peace, stability and prosperity in the region. Discussions were focused on mutually beneficial consultations.” “The leaders also discussed the challenges and opportunities in the indo-pacific region. COVID-19 pandemic, post COVID-19 recovery, the building of health preparedness in terms of health infrastructure were discussed very extensively,” he added.
