Washington, DC (United States), Mar 23 (ANI): United States Secretary of State Rex Tillerson bid farewell to his staff at the State Department and urged them to 'never lose sight' of their personal integrities. At the end of his speech, the United States Secretary of State called Washington, DC, a 'mean-spirited town' and asked staff to perform one act of kindness a day.
