Sandhurst (England), Jan 19 (ANI): British Prime Minister Theresa May welcomed the French President Emmanuel Macron to the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst ahead of the UK-France summit on Thursday. The British Prime Minister is expected to offer France 44.5 million pounds to bolster security at French border controls, part of measures to deepen cooperation that she hopes will foster goodwill in Brexit talks. U.K. and France will also sign a new immigration treaty that will complement but not replace the 2003 Le Touquet border agreement, which has drawn criticism in France after the town of Calais became a hub for migrants and refugees on their way to Britain.
