Moscow (Russia), May 27 (ANI/ TV BRICS): More than 200 experts from the BRICS countries came to Moscow to work out a way forward for the future development of the association. The focus is on solving urgent problems of global governance and assessing the progress already made. The main theme of the 16th academic forum was multilateral interaction, with pluralism at its core - equal treatment and respect for all participants in the dialogue. In 2024, the BRICS 'family' was enlarged for the first time. Experts from the new member countries are not only among the audience but also at the podium as speakers. The academic forum is the main event of the expert track under Russia’s BRICS chairmanship in 2024. The participants of the event will present their final recommendations at the summit of heads of state in Kazan.
