Bomb blast outside Indian consulate office in Nepal

Biratnagar (Nepal), Apr 17 (ANI): A crude bomb went off near the Indian consulate office in Nepal's Biratnagar late on Monday damaging the walls of the premises. The explosion happened at around 8:20 pm and caused a hole in the compound wall. No one was in the office at the time of the incident. The security around the office has been beefed up after the incident. Nepal police is suspecting cadres of a local political group to be behind the blast. Indian embassy in Nepal set up a temporary office during floods in Nepal and north Bihar and it still continues to function since then.
