New Delhi, Feb 21 (ANI): Zulfikar Ali Bhutto is a queer, he is scion of the Pakistan’s political dynasty, who shares same name of his grandfather and former Pakistan Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. The grandson Bhutto is a visual and performance artist based in New York. He came into limelight in a short filmed named “The Turmeric Project”, which highlights South Asian LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer) community living in the United States of America. The short film begins with caption “Queer Muslim Proud” followed by an introduction of the subject. Zulfikar Bhutto is seen dancing wearing a silky dress in the film. The subject of the movie revolves around his work and intersection of Islam, masculinity and sexuality. Zulfikar Bhutto has said that his family did not pressurise him to enter into politics, but several Pakistanis believe him to be natural heir of the political dynasty.
