Baloch, Pashtun and French raise voices outside Canadian Embassy for Karima Baloch

Paris (France), Jan 05 (ANI): A protest was held on January 04 outside the Canadian Embassy in Paris to seek justice for Karima Baloch, who was found dead in Canada last month. The protesters demanded thorough investigation into the mysterious death of human rights activist and the Baloch leader. Protesters, including Baloch, Pashtun, Hazara and French community chanted slogans against oppression in Pakistan and appealed to French government to further investigate the mysterious death of Karima Baloch.Karima, a prominent Baloch voice, went missing last month and her body was found on December 22, 2020 in Toronto. The 37-year old activist’s body was found near Lake Ontario two days after her disappearance. Toronto Police found no foul play behind her death whereas the Baloch and other Pakistani dissent living in Canada and other parts of the world call it a targeted killing by Pakistan’s spy agencies.
