Authorities set up on-spot registration counters for Amarnath pilgrims in Baltal

Ganderbal (J&K), July 08, 2025 (ANI): Huge number of pilgrims reached Nunwan base camp without registration from both Pahalgam and Baltal side. Authorities have set up an on-the-spot registration counters for the pilgrims in Baltal area. These counters are intended for those who haven't registered online and provide an option for on-site registration. Because, without proper registration, pilgrims are not allowed to go towards the holy cave for darshan. So registration is very important for all pilgrims for their safety. Pilgrims welcomed the step taken by administration for setting up on-the-spot registration counters at Baltal. Notably, annual Amarnath Yatra starts on third of July 2025 from both routes Pahalgam and Baltal side and thousands of pilgrims complete their yatra under the guidelines through Shri Amarnath Shrine Board.
