San Francisco (USA), May 27 (ANI): A renowned composer and a performer Shirish Nagaraj has recorded a CD of his compositions in 2014 titled Shirirang Arpan: An Offering of Bandishes. The mesmerising compositions are treat for the classical music lovers. The compositions are in Hindustani classical music which is written, composed and rendered by Nagaraj himself. The compelling compositions have received positive reviews from serious connoisseurs of Hindustani music. The meditative and creative aspects of Hindustani classical music drew Shirish Nagaraj to the Hindustani Classical Khayal art form, especially after hearing great maestros perform live in the campus of IIT Bombay where he spent his childhood. Shirish loves to teach and sharing of knowledge which he has learnt after putting hours of practice and strenuous efforts. He passionately teaches about imparting the art and its nuances to children. Maestro in his profession, Shirish also holds a Ph.D from the University of Notre Dame and a B-Tech from IIT Bombay, both in Electrical Engineering. He also also certified in Machine Learning from Stanford University apart from his musical endeavors.
