Washington DC (US), Nov 25 (ANI): Minister of States for external affairs General VK Singh while talking about an American tourist who got killed in Andaman, said, “We’ve had such incidents earlier too that’s why government had policy that nobody should go there. It’s a separate group, they don’t want outsiders. It’s a very sad incident. Andaman administration will find out who allowed him to go there.”
