Ancient Viking sword found in Norwegian mountains

Lillehammer and Oppland (Norway), Sep 12 (ANI): A father and son discovered an incredibly well-preserved Viking sword while reindeer hunting in the mountains of Oppland, Norway. A video shot and shared on social media by 'Secrets of the Ice' offered a close look at the ancient sword. The Norwegian archeologists dated the Viking sword to the period between 850 to 950 AD, making the find approximately 1100 years old.
