Washington D.C. (USA), Apr 14 (ANI): Loud explosions followed by heavy smoke were reported in the Syrian capital Damascus on April 13. This comes after United States President Donald Trump ordered strikes on the Syrian regime in response to a chemical weapon attack last weekend in coordination with France and the United Kingdom. Trump said "I ordered the United States armed forces to launch precision strikes on targets associated with the chemical weapon capabilities of Syrian dictator of Bashar al-Assad."
