2018 NYC Taxi Drivers Calendar: Taxi drivers pose for a good cause

New York (United States), Nov 18 (ANI): The New York City Taxi Drivers Calendar features some of the New York City taxi drivers posing in and around their yellow cabs. The 2018 NYC Taxi Drivers calendar gives a glimpse into real-life city drivers, posing next to their taxis. One of the drivers licks a large, rainbow lollipop as he poses for a picture. Another was covered in daisies in the car's luggage area. The idea of this calendar was introduced by a couple- Philip and Shannon Kirkman. Philip Kirkman said the idea was to highlight the taxi drivers in a funny way. The calendar benefits a nonprofit organization called University Settlement. The couple started to market these calendars a few years ago. The sales of the $15 USD per item have since raised more than $60,000 for the charity.
