Youths are getting training in job-oriented courses at ITI Pampore in Pulwama

Pulwama (J&K), July 07, 2025 (ANI): ITI Pampore offers job-oriented training programs for employment and entrepreneurial opportunities in Pulwama’s Pampore. It provides both engineering and non-engineering courses like electrician, plumber, welding, and others. These courses last from 6 months to 2 years and carefully selected based on industry demand and local economic needs reflecting modern job market trends and self-employment potential. ITI Pampore also provides campus recruitment drives and industry partnerships to help students find jobs. Post training assistance is being provided to either secure industry jobs or to kick start self-owned ventures. Through these initiatives, ITI Pampore continues to play a vital role in enhancing the employability of youth in the region, contributing to the broader vision of skill development and economic self-reliance.
