New Delhi September 17 (ANI): The Supreme Court on September 17, while hearing the Suo Motu case over the RG Kar Hospital rape-murder, observed that revelations in the status report filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation were "disturbing." However, the Court refused to divulge the details furnished by the CBI, saying that disclosures might hamper the investigation. “What the CBI has revealed in the report is worse, really disturbing…What you are flagging is of utmost concern, we ourselves are concerned, CBI has flagged it for us..we are ourselves disturbed by what we have read…” CJI said.
