Anantnag (J&K), September 16 (ANI): PDP candidate from Bijbehara Assembly Constituency Iltija Mufti spoke to ANI on the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections on September 16. She said that their manifesto is to safeguard people as there is a sense of insecurity among people due to central governance. When asked that PDP has said in its manifesto that it will initiate diplomatic initiatives between India and Pakistan, Iltija Mufti, PDP candidate from Bijbehara Assembly Constituency, said, "You can read it. I think you understand things, so you should read our manifesto. I think ANI wants me to give you free TRP by saying Pakistan, Pakistan, I am not going to do that, so you should read the manifesto, everything is clearly written in it..."
