Why uproar in Lok Sabha prompted Defence Minister Rajnath Singh to leave his seat?

New Delhi July 25 (ANI): TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee sparked a commotion in the Lok Sabha by asserting that members cannot address the Parliament from anywhere except their designated seats. His statement led to a persistent uproar, forcing the proceedings to be adjourned. Meanwhile, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also rose from his seat, joining the fray.
