New Delhi, October 18 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will go to attend the summit of BRICS countries in the Russian city of Kazan on October 23-24. Looking at his visit, Foreign Affairs Expert Rabindra Sachdeva called this visit of PM Modi historic because PM Modi is going after meeting the President of both the US and Ukraine. He also spoke about the meeting with the President of China and said, "If PM Modi has a bilateral meeting with the President of China, it will show that relations with China are improving."
