New Delhi, Dec 15 (ANI): Amid the furious revolt by Opposition parties and ‘mute’ Bharatiya Janata Party over Parliament Security breach, Shiromani Akali Dal MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal on December 15 ignited the debate after she added religious angle and said that “how would the situation would have been if the culprits were from minority. Speaking to ANI, Harsimrat Kaur Badal says, "This is a serious breach of security, this is not a small matter. Parliament is considered the most secure by the people of the country. But if unemployed youth do this there, where is the security then...It is a major breach and a major cause of concern. It has become a new norm that if you ask them questions, they throw you out and suspend you...We are just thankful that none of them (accused) belonged to the minority community, otherwise the matter would have become something else. It was a BJP MP who sanctioned the past, had it been an opposition MP, this would have become something else..."
