Uttarkashi (Uttarakhand), November 20 (ANI): International experts reached the Uttarkashi tunnel collapse site as the rescue ops continued on day 09. President of the Intl Tunnelling Underground Space Association Arnold Dix assured that the trapped men would be rescued. Before starting the operations, Dix also offered prayers at a make-shift temple near the rescue site. 41 workers are trapped in the under-construction Silkyara Tunnel in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. Govt has made a decision to work on all fronts to save the precious lives of the workers. Rescue teams are now laying a 6-inch pipe instead of 4 to provide food, other enmities to the workers. The BRO and the construction wing of the Indian Army are also working tirelessly in the rescue ops.
