New Delhi, Dec 04 (ANI): A day after BJP swept the Hindi Heartland in the recently concluded Assembly Election, the National Conference Chief and former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Farooq Abdullah on Monday raised questions as to why there is a delay in holding Assembly elections in the Union Territory. He went on the say that they are also part of India.
