Sealdah (WB), June 18 (ANI ): The Kanchenjunga Express, which met with a tragic accident near Rangapani Station in Darjeeling on June 17, arrived at Sealdah railway station on June 18 after the completion of restoration work. The accident claimed eight lives and left around 25 injured. Medical booth and help desk were established in Sealdah station, along with transport arrangements for all the incoming passengers. Few victims who sustained injuries are even finding it difficult to walk properly. Kolkata Mayor Firhad Hakim interacted with the survivors, assisting them with the special transport services organized to ensure they reached their destinations safely.
