Vivek Agnihotri attacks government for banning 'The Bengal Files,' calling it threat to free speech

Kolkata (West Bengal), September 14, 2025, (ANI): On his film 'The Bengal Files, Director Vivek Agnihotri said, "In our film, we have shown that there are two constitutions here. Even before independence, there were two constitutions, one of Hindus, and one of Muslims. By banning this film, this government has proved that there are two constitutions in the state. Nobody here follows the Indian constitution. But today, the 600 people in the theatre and 2000 in waiting, have proved that they will not tolerate this dictatorship."
