Uttarkashi Tunnel Collapse: DRDO’s Robotics Machine team reaches incident site for rescue operations

Uttarkashi (Uttarakhand), November 20 (ANI): The rescue operations in Uttarakhand’s Uttarkashi are going on in full swing. Now, DRDO’s Robotics Machine team has reached the incident site for rescue operations. Earlier, Intl tunneling experts also assessed the ground situation and assured of workers’ safety.Currently, 41 workers are trapped in the under-construction Silkyara Tunnel in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. The rescue agencies are working tirelessly to evacuate the trapped workers. The BRO and the construction wing of the Indian Army are also working tirelessly in the rescue ops.
