US cannot ignore India, says Expert Waiel Awwad on Trump’s positive remarks about India-US ties

New Delhi, September 7, 2025 (ANI): On PM Modi’s response to US President Donald Trump’s positive remarks on India-US relations, West Asia Strategist Waiel Awwad said, “The US cannot ignore India. President Trump and PM Modi share a good relationship, and the Indian diaspora plays a vital role in US business and welfare. However, caution is needed, as Trump’s executive orders cannot be taken lightly. India must ensure smooth exports to the US without being subjected to tariffs.”
