Seoul (South Korea), March 06 (ANI): India’s External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on March 05 opened up the ethnic violence in Manipur. He was asked about the steps that government has taken to stop the illegal migration in Manipur. To this, he reacted and said distressed was such a mild word for what happened in Manipur. Also, he said that the series of events that happened in Manipur were truly tragic.
